Phase 1 is moving along well. Tower 1 has been capped off and interior work has started. Tower 2 is well underway. The Leasing Centre is open right next door to the project with full model suite.

On December 8th, 2022 partner Mike Runia, along with members of the Nautical Lands Group executive, joined Dennis Laurin, and his team from The Laurin Group as they capped off the first tower of the Wellings of Calgary. Over 140 construction team members were on site to take part in the celebration of this milestone. Energy was good, build quality as expected, and timelines are as anticipated.

The work on the site continues in the parking structure and on the slab. Foundation walls have started.
All safety protocols are in place, including any and all new standards initiated due to Covid-19 regulations.
Despite frigid temperatures during the reporting period, progress continues.
Wellings of Calgary construction is well underway and the site is a hub of activity. Foundation footings, elevator shaft, waterproofing and foundation walls are ongoing.

Wellings of Calgary base construction and preparation continues. The crane is being mobilized and the excavation, mechanical line installation, and concrete pouring for reinforcement continues.
Continuing foundation excavation , forming and reinforcement. All safety protocols are in place for COVID-19 and job site safety.
Current progress and next steps:
Construction is underway and foundation excavation is the focus. All work presently underground and shoring, lagging and concrete re-enforcement will continue for the main building.
